Standard orders will be processed within 2 business days, pending credit card approval. A business day is Monday through Friday, except holidays.
The delivery to UK-Ireland will take from 1 to 3 working days.
For all the orders under £ 74,99 it will be charged a transport fee of £ 10,00, for the orders of £ 75,00 and more the carriage will be paid.
You have 15 days (30 days in case of defected product) from the receipt of the order to change the product,here the procedure:
- All goods that are returned must be accompanied with proof of purchase and the order number(s).
- Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
- Goods cannot be returned after being used in the water.
-Place the product that you would like to return into the packaging, along with the invoice and a note explaining which action you would like our returns department to complete.
-There is a DHL label inside the box, Place the label on the box you are using for the return

Items Not Purchased From TYR UK website
Items purchased from an Authorized TYR dealer must be returned to the place of purchase.
As distributor of TYR in UK and Ireland, the company Luigi Bonza & C. will follow the TYR warranty for the wetsuits. Every wetsuit is inspected before the shipment.
All TYR Hurricane wetsuits are supported with a warranty on both manufacture and materials for one year from date of purchase (proof of purchase is required). As a result, TYR will replace or repair any defects that occur within normal wear and tear at their discretion. This covers the failure of any seams, zippers, or fabrics.
Please note: TYR reserves the right to determine normal wear and tear. As a guideline this requires the customer to follow wetsuit care instructions on the original hangtag and take reasonable care to maintain the wetsuit. Exposure to elements such as direct sunshine and extreme heat, prolonged chlorine exposure and other harsh or abrasive substances can and will accelerate product degradation and void warranty. Due to the high performance technology used in our wetsuits, fingernails and other sharp objects may tear and/or rip the neoprene in your TYR Hurricane wetsuit. TYR will not repair or replace items that have obvious abuse such as rips and split seams, or where there is clear evidence of inadequate care or treatment.
